Olly is the founder of Pursuit Capital and has over 20 years’ experience in the small to mid-cap corporate and capital markets space. A corporate financier, he was a Nominated Advisor for domestic and Australian AIM companies in London for over eight years before relocating to Perth in 2007 where he established Pursuit Capital. His wide experience covers international capital raisings, M&A, IPOs, dual listings, regulatory advice, investor relations and corporate governance. He is a member of the Securities Institute (UK).
Olly’s experience acting for clients lead him to non-executive director roles with of Zeta Petroleum Plc and Vmoto Limited where he was responsible for its dual listing on AIM, undertook all road shows and presentations in Australia and UK, IR and chaired board meetings, committees and shareholder AGMs and GMs.
Most recently Mr Cairns was a founding director of Galena Mining Limited (ASX: G1A), and was pivotal in the acquisition of the Abra Base Metals project in WA and its successful IPO in 2017.
