Company Secretarial and Administration Services
For ASX listed and unlisted companies, Pursuit Capital provides the following services:
• Company Secretarial services to provide a link to the ASX and ASIC. As an independent group, we are continually updating processes to take into account legislation changes. It is an ASX requirement that the company has a Company Secretary that ensures that information is conveyed to the market in a timely and efficient manner.
• Registered office and registered agent services in Australia, mainly to allow foreign based companies to meet their listing and ASIC requirements. Overseas companies looking to list on the ASX can utilise Pursuit’s registered office services without the requirement to maintain a full office base in Australia.
