Olly Cairns has over 10 years experience in the small-mid cap space having joined Blue Oar Securities Plc (now Astaire Securities) in July 1999 and was a corporate financier in London for over 8 years. In June 2007, Olly relocated to Australia to establish the Perth office of Astaire and Inteq Limited, a Sydney based corporate advisory and investment house.
Having been a NOMAD for AIM companies for many years, Olly has experience in a wide range of transactions including pre-IPO fundraisings, IPOs, acquisitions, disposals, capital restructurings, secondary fund raisings, private equity and giving day-to-day advice on strategic and regulatory situations. He has covered a wide range of sectors with a particular focus in recent times on small - mid-cap resources, industrials and cleantech companies.
Olly graduated with a degree in Classics from the University of Exeter and is a member of the Securities Institute (UK).
